Levine Act Compliance Status
Under the Levine Act (Gov. Code §84308), this official must disclose any campaign contributions of $250 or more received within the past 12 months from any party, participant, or agent appearing before them in an entitlement proceeding. Contributions of $500 or more require recusal.
